Join us at the rooftop terrace of Museum M to celebrate the opening of the academic year, organized by the PhD Society Leuven! This is a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow PhD students in a relaxed setting.

• Reception with drinks and bites between 16:00 and 21:00.
• Guided museum tours at 16:00 and 17:00.
• Live music.

Practical information:

• Registration is free of charge. Registered and cannot make it? Let us know so that we can give your ticket to someone else! (contact@phdsociety.be)
• We want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to register for this event. You can only register for one ticket per person. Want to go with a colleague? Aks them to register under their own name and u-number. Multiple purchases under the same name will be invalidated.
• Participation is only allowed for PhD and Postdocs. Entrance will not be permitted if you cannot show your staff card.
• In case of bad weather, the reception will be moved from the rooftop terrace to the foyer of Museum M.
